Chef Tony discovered his love for food creation in 2006 and in 2008 graduated with his Associates degree in Culinary Arts. From there, Chef Tony has spent more than 15 years perfecting his talent and growing his knowledge in the Culinary Arts. He has achieved recognition and helped trained many other young cooks who wished to pursue a career and adventure as a Chef.
Chef Tony has created over a half-million specialty plates tailored to individual preference including traditional American foods, various ethnic dishes from around the world and allergy and dietary restricted meals. He prides himself in creating memorable experiences by providing custom tailored dishes as well as event signature dishes. He is fully certified and well versed in the appropriate handling of food - a formally trained artisan with understanding of how to adapt foods to diets, cultures and tastes.
